How it works

Start your request in four steps

Contact customer care within 14 days

Include your order number, product name and the reason for your return or exchange. For damaged, incorrect or faulty items, include clear photos.

Wait for authorization

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide the return address and instructions for sending the item back.

Send the item as instructed

Return the item using the instructions provided by our customer care team. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking details until the case is completed.

Receive your resolution

After the returned item is received and reviewed, we will arrange the approved exchange or refund. Allow 3–6 business days for the after-sales team to process the request.

Refund timing & costs

What happens after approval

Return shipping: unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund timing: after approval and processing, refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
