Ohyeah serves customers worldwide. Orders over $49 USD qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below this threshold, available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Certain products or destinations may be subject to shipping restrictions.

From checkout to delivery

How your order moves

Order confirmation

After your payment is completed, we send an order-confirmation email.

Processing

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. Processing may take longer during public holidays or periods of unusually high order volume.

Dispatch & tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we send a tracking email. Tracking can take 1–2 business days to show movement after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delivery

Standard delivery is generally around 12–15 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times vary by destination, carrier service and customs processing.

Import duties & taxes

Import charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or similar charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless clearly stated at checkout. Please contact your local customs authority if you need information about possible charges before ordering.
